Custom high volume device to feed, mark and eject completed nameplates. 50 sample plates required to quote/design custom system. Each loader is built for your specific single size nameplate dimensions with interface to chosen marking system and Brain Touch controller.
Pneumatically holds metal (magnetic and/or non-magnetic) and/or plastic plates firmly in place during marking. Built to your nameplate dimensions or can be combined for marking of multiple plates at one time.
Accommodate a variety of part sizes with 440mm travel/adjustment on a sturdy column. Aluminum base has a single slot for fixtures as well as drilled and tapped holes.
Double linear guide rails and cast aluminum slotted base provides a robust station for marking a variety of part sizes. Adjustment is by hand wheel with mechanical digital readout to accurately utilize the 460mm of travel. Additional lengths are available upon request.

The task of marking parts of varying heights within an automation production line or workstation can be accomplished by utilizing the "Z" vertical axis device in conjunction with a BRAIN electronic controller.
Directly interfaced with BRAIN EVO controller, the "w" axis part holding device allows marking on round or stepped part surfaces all around the part. The "w" rotary device can also be used in combination with the automated "Z" vertical axis device for parking parts of different diameters and/or levels.
The magnetic clamping system allows the attachment of the marker to be placed in many positions while correctly orientating the head for marking. This system ensures a clean and reliable mark even in positions difficult to reach and is more secure than by traditional methods previously available.
Metallic case with stainless steel shutter option for model F1. Used for robust operation within automation lines with dirty, dusty working conditions. Other units available upon request.
A variety of Hand Held and Machine mounted Scanners connected by cable or bluetooth wireless are available to eliminate manual data entry.
