Most of our Marking systems can accommodate part marking surface applications in a multiple approach. This method allows users to apply the optimum method to insure clear, legible characters, logos, images, and 2D codes specifically suited to the surface of the part.

TP3: Light marking with high graphic resolution. Best suited for plastics, nameplates, & smooth aluminum surfaces
|
|
TP3N: Good for marking on tempered materials and on curved, shaped surfaces that can use a difference of 14mm tip to surface 'jump'
|
|
TV3: Light marking on flat surfaces and when high speed marking is required
|
|
TP6: Very deep marking up to 1mm, suitable for rough surfaces and where coatings will be applied after marking
|
|
TE: Electromagnetic stylus for marking when air supply is not available or not designed into a system
|
|
Pneumatic Stylus Extension: Standard length: 100 mm
Extension facilitates marking on difficult to reach areas.
Different lengths are available on request.
